Lisa, the owner, opened a small confectionary shop and cafe in bohemian-chic Södermalm district in Stockholm, Sweden that sells the sweetest, smoothest and most buttery caramels with flavors such as chocolate, almond, licorice, polka vanilla and sea salt.
Pärlans caramels are hand cut, hand wrapped and are made from organic fresh cream, real butter, sugar and glucose in copper pots.
