THE ENERGY BOOSTER SMOOTHIE:
in the blender add: 2 medum oranges peeled, 1carrot cut in pieces, half lime squeezed, half pomegranate peeled and seed separated, ginger to taste.
This smoothie is more than just a delicious drink. It’s caffeine free and perfect to begin your day. Take a sip and revitalize your energy levels!
THE PINK FLAMINGO SMOOTHIE:
in the blender add: 1 banana peeled , 5-6 strawberries , half avocado peeled, 1/2 cup greek yoghourt, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, ice cubs
Need a mental and strenght boost? The pink flamingo, rich in proteins gives you all the muscle-building nutrients you need. Go girls for the win!
THE GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE:
in the blender add: 2-3 lettuce leaves, 2 pears, 1 cup coconut milk, half pineapple peeled
This yummy and high-fibre smoothie should be on top of your breakfast list.
