our 15 minutes Nutella sin!

Of course you can’t resist to a sweet temptation, neither can I! So when it comes to these afternoon cravings at the office, we want something simple and easy to calm our sugar desire! We always have puff pastry in our fridge and a bucket of nutella because in case of emergency, you have to be quick, or be dead!

2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
3 heaping tbsp nutella (we always add more, much more!)
handful of chopped almonds

In a clean flat surface lay one sheet of the puff pastry. Gently spread nutella and then scatter almonds on top. Lay another sheet of puff pastry and slice thin strips of the dough. Hold each end of the strip and twist several times.
Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes in a 180° C, preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve while hot!

If you are in the mood for experiments, try different shapes of the puff pastry or add chocolate chips and icing sugar on top! This is our favourite and easiest idea to make a homemade/officemade desert or to accompany you afternoon coffee and tea! Are you a sinner too?
