7.a habit that can be translated into an obsession: I make no compromises when it comes to my meal.A tasteful dish with a couple of beers,alone or with a pleasant company, are all on the everyday menu.

12.how does a bar-tender look like? Acceptably good looking, polite to everyone -men,women,gay or straight-, smart, quick-thinker, patient and creative.
13.which ingredients you should never mix in cocktails and in love affairs? Well,in a cocktail you never combine dairy with acid mixers,in the same way a prudish can’t be “mixed” with a hot-blooded.It’s a sheer disaster!
14.have you “accepted the inheritance” of a bad habit that you were passed on? Yes,I was left with the impression that I had the knowledge of many things but in fact I had the slightest idea!
